For each project Hatched Plan Studio Inc. starts with a Design Deck that sets the tone and tells the story of the design. Inspirations, mood imagery, colour palettes, finishes, and each individual selection for the project is shown. Using a loose method of presentation of physical samples clients can understand the feeling of each fabric and how each selection works together. 3D renderings are developed as necessary to support and all the presentation materials come together to give the Client Team a clear understanding of the design concept. 

Our team then creates working drawings consisting of Furniture Plans, Construction Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Elevations and Details and writes specific FF&E and Base Building Specifications for each selection and material. HPS Inc.'s drawings and specifications are true working drawings that provide all the information needed to successfully procure, fabricate and construct according to the design.
