Who We Are

Founded by Emma Hannaford and Angeline Pizolinas, Hatched Plan Studio (HPS) Inc. is a design firm based out of Toronto, Canada. We offer a full-service experience from concept development and space planning to material selection, specifications and working drawings. Our projects represent our high standards, design integrity and creative vision, each with its own distinct personality.

For more than 2 years, Ange and Emma worked closely together at hospitality design firm, Moncur Design Associates Inc. (MDAI), and before that, shared a classroom as interior design students at Toronto Metropolitan University. By collaborating on inspired projects as a team, they realized that they not only share the same design language, but also the same appreciation for the process.

HPS Inc. is a collective that aims to foster a deep connection between individuals and their environment. We believe that inspiration, research, ideation, and experimentation is critical in the process of designing a successful interior. At HPS Inc. we combine our thoughtful insights with our client’s requirements to create purposefully detailed spaces.

As HPS Inc. grows, we look forward to designing beautiful interiors with our fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
